We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or any other customer-related reason.

Please review all product information and sizing details before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mvmedovbrnd@gmail.com

Include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

PREORDER NOTICE

All items are produced after an order is placed.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses are not eligible for refunds.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.
